I didn't get around to doing this previously with Sims 2, so I decided I had better get this posted before I got much further in Sims 3. These are the custom content items I am currently using in my game:

The brother of Elayne Trakand, Gawyn was a fun and relatively easy character to make. As they are siblings and bear a strong resemblance, I used my Elayne sim as a base to start with, then switched the gender and tweaked things here and there to give Gawyn a more masculine appearance while still keeping him visibly related to Elayne.

Another male character from Wheel of Time... I have 2 versions so far.. after getting his face somewhat to what I imagined (I always saw Mat in my head to look very close to a male friend of mine!), I adjusted his eyebrows and skintone slightly...

Beautiful, smart, and determined... Egwene is one of the many deeply developed characters populating the World of the Wheel of Time. I don't think I quite got her right (as with all my Sims versions of these characters) but I enjoy her much more than the versions I've seen elsewhere.

The former head of the Aes Sedai, Siuan was a woman to be taken seriously. Pretty, but not quite beautiful, she is possessed of a brilliant mind and a willpower to match.

Nynaeve al'Meara... so much to say about this character. This is my Sims 3 version, not too sure about the hair but at the time I hadn't found anything better. I use this sim as my profile picture both here and on the Sims 3 Exchange.

Versions 1 & 2. Minor differences, mostly in the nose and forward profile, and a little in the eyes...

So I finally gave in and purchased The Sims 3. Specifically, The Sims 3 plus Pets Limited Edition. I've been happily simming my time away since picking it up, and I'm really enjoying it (Not enjoying the amount of money I know I will inevitably drop on it!). This purchase happened to coincide with my decision to reread my way through the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, while at work during my breaks. Naturally, I developed the unshakeable desire to create Sim!versions of the characters in the series, so I've poked and prodded my way to some rough first attempts of a few of the ladies. To kick it off, these are my (first) versions of Moiraine Damodred, Nynaeve al'Meara, Elayne Trakand, Min Farshaw, Egwene al'Vere, Aviendha, Faile Bashere and Siuan Sanche. So far I've used only EA game sliders, Newsea hairs (as well as EA hairs where I didn't have a more appropriate style), and tried to make approximations of the outfits they could be seen in, at least within the restrictions I have regarding available custom content. I used RoseSims3's head pendant jewelry accessory for Moiraine's kesiera - I realize it doesn't match quite with the canon description, but it was the best I was able to dig up. With any luck, by the time I get revisions of these ladies done, there'll be more for me to use! Anyway, enjoy the pics, and feel free to comment on the sims! Constructive criticism is always welcome, but please don't "flame" me if the depiction isn't exactly how you pictured in your head! =)

These are a soft blend eye with very low highlights and simple catchlights (my version of a "maxis match" eyeset).

So I have a TON of these. I didn't realize how many until I was going through my email and came across them. I posted on my Facebook page some time back offering up codes for anyone interested, but forgot to add a post here..   so if you would like a code, please PM me and I will pass you one. =)
